What is Kundalini yoga?
The yoga of awareness. The practice itself combines intention, breath, mantra, movement and meditation all for the purpose of awakening resting Kundalini energy within—and aligning and projecting it outward to create your most successful life. Allowing you to be a highly consciuos person while living a real, practical and successful life - "Grisht Ashram."
Where should I start if I am new to meditation?
Start small to get momentum on your side! The Studio offers guided meditations as short as 5 minutes in length that are perfect for beginners.
What if I can't meditate?
You’re in the perfect place! Start getting your breath and body involved. The more you struggle to find stillness in your mind or body, the more you need to cleanse and clear through your breath and movement.
All of The Studio meditations include some combination of breath, movement and meditation.
How long are the practices?
The guided meditations range in length from 5-45 minutes while majority will be right around 20 minutes to fit seamlessly into your day.
Can I access the meditations anytime?
Yes, meditations can be accessed anytime in the on-demand library.
How often is new content added?
At least one practice will be added weekly. Always be your own guide, but if it feels good — there are many benefits in repeating a practice daily for a week, two weeks, 40 days, etc.
Membership includes access to a growing library of on-demand meditations—and live events, programs and challenges in the near future.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
